Domaine de la Triballe is a pioneer of organic farming in Pic Saint-Loup and Grès de Montpellier, cultivating its 17 hectares of vines, surrounded by garrigue, organically since 1974. Olivier Durand and his daughters Marie and Justine produce red wines of character that reflect the richness of their terroir, straddling the Pic Saint-Loup AOC and Grés de Montpellier.
Domaine Virgile Joly, a pioneer of organic winegrowing in AOC Languedoc Saint Saturnin et Terrasse du Larzac, welcomes guests with an authentic and deeply committed approach. Virgile and Magda will host a private cellar tour followed by a warm, relaxed lunch right in the heart of the winery.
The Château de Malmont, nestled in the heart of the red earth of the Côteaux du Salagou, lies at the foot of the Haut-Languedoc foothills, offering an exceptional natural setting. This 19th-century wine château, which has been completely renovated, is an elegant venue where tradition and modernity come together, ideal for hosting tastings and sensory workshops. The iron-rich soils, combined with a Mediterranean climate tempered by the proximity of the mountains, give the estate's organic wines finesse, structure, and elegance.
You will take part in an immersive workshop to explore the great expressions of Mediterranean organic farming through a guided tasting of wines, olive oils, and pomegranate juice, where the flavors interact to reveal the full richness of the terroir.
