Vigneron star de Condrieu. François VILLARD n’était pas destiné à devenir vigneron. C’est par la passion du vin qu’il commence ses premières cuvées en 1988. Aujourd’hui, il est un des vignerons les plus respectés de Condrieu. Chez lui, la recherche de la parfaite maturité, la rigueur des vinifications et la précision des élevages se combinent pour créer des vins icône de Côte Rôtie et Condrieu.
Limoux est le terroir le plus ancien du monde pour la production de vins effervescents. Plus d'un siècle avant la Champagne, les historiens ont retrouvé des traces d'un commerce de vins effervescents. Aujourd'hui, ce terroir produit des Blanquettes de Limoux et Crémants de Limoux selon la méthode traditionnelle dont la renommée dépasse les frontières.

The walk begins in the medieval town of Lagrasse passing by the 11th century Benedictine Abbey, then continues between the vines where Carlos will introduce you to the Saint Victor terroir which produces AOC Corbières wines. After a 1h30 walk, you will arrive at the village of Ribaute at the Domaine des Cascades. Here Laurent and Sylvie, winegrowers engaged in organic farming, await you for a tasting of their wines, beers and fruit juices. This tasting can be accompanied by a country meal at the estate.
