Your activities

L'Horreum Romain

Wine tasting with the languedoc wines specialist VIE D'OC

Push the door of the VIE D'OC cellar. Jean Michel BORON, great wine scout, will organize a tailor-made tasting of the most emblematic AOC and IGP wines from the Narbonne terroirs.

Jean Michel is a specialist in Languedoc Roussillon wines, he presents in his cellar, the greatest diversity of Languedoc Roussillon wines in organic or biodynamic agriculture of all the French specialized stores. From the great stars of the Languedoc vineyard to the nuggets he tirelessly unearths, he will help you discover the richness of this exceptional vineyard.

Pepites Du Sud Etoile Le Chateau De Flaugergues

Montpellier Folies wine tour

Montpellier has been renowned for its faculty of medicine since the 14th century. This tradition of science has continued until today. It is here that the most brilliant researchers invented viticulture and modern oenology. Around the School of Agriculture, Montpellier has built up over time the largest center of wine research in the world. The terroirs of Grès de Montpellier, Saint Georges d'Orques, Saint Drézéry and Méjanelle are among the oldest in Languedoc. Over the centuries, the rich aristocrats and doctors of Montpellier have built superb wine castles on these terroirs. They called them their folies (that meands in french crazy, you should understand why when you visit it).
