Armagnac tasting is also on the menu. At the end of your stay, you'll receive a foie gras tasting diploma.
Chateau de Cassaigne welcomes visitors to a historic 13th-century estate. You can discover the armagnac produced on the estate and taste the Côtes de Gascogne. The chateau brings back to the fore opubliés grape varieties of south-west France, such as manseng noir and folle blanche. A unique opportunity to discover these rare grape varieties.

Day 1
Your hostess will introduce you to the customs and traditions of the region. You'll cut up the goose or duck, then prepare the foie gras. Lunch at the Table d'hôte to savor the foie gras.
Day 2
You'll cook a variety of recipes (confits, foie gras, stuffed necks...). The morning concludes with a lunch of local Gascon flavors.
