With Noëlle BARDOU, discover some of future talents of this terroir. Come and meet a winegrower who cultivates the happiness of being enthusiastic, free and benevolent towards this land and this nature which gives him so much!
Come and discover the vineyards that correspond to the cuvées that will be tasted that evening. Take full advantage of the ssunset, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. You will be seated on cushions, at the top of the vine, in the shade of the oak tree. You will have a first-rate panoramic view of the vineyards located at the foot of the southern Larzac. Lanterns will accompany you to illuminate our falling night. With the setting just in front of us, the old capitelle, which also serves as a barbecue, and the vines rising to attack the slope, thanks to an agricultural construction system typical of our region. You'll see the sun throw a thousand incandescent fires, from yellow to purple and coral shade, before it sets. During this evening, Noëlle will make you discover the secrets of the winegrowers.
