With Noëlle BARDOU, discover some of future talents of this terroir. Come and meet a winegrower who cultivates the happiness of being enthusiastic, free and benevolent towards this land and this nature which gives him so much!
Come and discover the vineyards that correspond to the cuvées that will be tasted that evening. Take full advantage of the ssunset, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. You will be seated on cushions, at the top of the vine, in the shade of the oak tree. You will have a first-rate panoramic view of the vineyards located at the foot of the southern Larzac. Lanterns will accompany you to illuminate our falling night. With the setting just in front of us, the old capitelle, which also serves as a barbecue, and the vines rising to attack the slope, thanks to an agricultural construction system typical of our region. You'll see the sun throw a thousand incandescent fires, from yellow to purple and coral shade, before it sets. During this evening, Noëlle will make you discover the secrets of the winegrowers.

Exceptionally, on Sunday May 8, Montpellier winegrowers gather to take part in the Wine et gastronomic walk of Grès de Montpellier. A great walk in the middle of the parks of Montpellier to discover these passionate winegrowers. The walk is punctuated by gastronomic stops combining wines with refined cuisine.

Montpellier has been renowned for its faculty of medicine since the 14th century. This tradition of science has continued until today. It is here that the most brilliant researchers invented viticulture and modern oenology. Around the School of Agriculture, Montpellier has built up over time the largest center of wine research in the world. The terroirs of Grès de Montpellier, Saint Georges d'Orques, Saint Drézéry and Méjanelle are among the oldest in Languedoc. Over the centuries, the rich aristocrats and doctors of Montpellier have built superb wine castles on these terroirs. They called them their folies (that meands in french crazy, you should understand why when you visit it).
A wonderful opportunity to discover the vineyards of La Clape. The winegrowers will be on hand to help you discover their terroir, with a tasting and a gourmet break.
