Come and discover the vineyards that correspond to the cuvées that will be tasted that evening. Take full advantage of the ssunset, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. You will be seated on cushions, at the top of the vine, in the shade of the oak tree. You will have a first-rate panoramic view of the vineyards located at the foot of the southern Larzac. Lanterns will accompany you to illuminate our falling night. With the setting just in front of us, the old capitelle, which also serves as a barbecue, and the vines rising to attack the slope, thanks to an agricultural construction system typical of our region. You'll see the sun throw a thousand incandescent fires, from yellow to purple and coral shade, before it sets. During this evening, Noëlle will make you discover the secrets of the winegrowers.

Exceptionally, on Sunday May 12, Montpellier winegrowers gather to take part in the Wine et gastronomic walk of Grès de Montpellier. A great walk in the middle of the parks of Montpellier to discover these passionate winegrowers. The walk is punctuated by gastronomic stops combining wines with refined cuisine.
