Explore the wine and culinary golden nuggets of Occitanie, Provence, and the Rhône Valley on an intimate small-group journey. One highlight is a visit to an iconic cellar, the largest in France in terms of organic wine production, providing a fascinating insight into the craft of organic winemaking. Between tastings, unique experiences such as truffle hunting and vine-pruning workshops, and encounters with passionate winemakers, each moment showcases the character and authenticity of the local terroirs.

    The price does not include:

    • Any extras during your stay
    • Transaction fees, any currency exchange fees

    Full payment for the trip must be made at the time of confirmation by the customer

    Cancellation policy:

    • More than 30 days before departure: 30% of the total cost
    • 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
    • Less than 15 days: 100% of the total cost of the stay 

    The stay will take place with a minimum of 4 people registered (if the number of 4 people is not reached, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the stay). A refund will be made to those who have already registered.

The tasting highlights the new range of disease-resistant grape varieties, including Muscaris, Soreli, Floréal, and Artaban, combining sustainability, elegance, and the unique character of the Languedoc. This special moment showcases the balance and finesse of the wines and allows visitors to discover how tradition and innovation come together to shape the vineyard’s future.

    CAVE HERACLES - Vergèze

    In Vergèze, Cave Héraclès stands as a national benchmark for organic winemaking, now recognized as France’s largest producer of organic and sulfite-free wines by volume. This distinctive cooperative brings together fully committed growers, with 100% of its members certified organic, driven by a pioneering and demanding collective vision. The visit provides a compelling insight into modern Languedoc, where economic scale, technical innovation, and strong environmental values work hand in hand.

    Domaine MANGANELLI Familly - Beaumes de Venise

    In the heart of the Vacqueyras and Beaumes de Venise appellations, Domaine Manganelli is now managed by Tevan and Manea, with Alain Ignace advising them kindly, continuing the family tradition into its fifth generation. The family warmly welcomes us for an exceptional lunch, where each dish is perfectly paired with the estate’s organic wines, showcasing the richness and identity of the terroir. Combining passion, know-how, and heritage, this stop reflects the harmony between family tradition and the elegance of southern Rhône wines.

    Domaine de Montine - Grignan les Adhémar

    In the Grignan-les-Adhémar appellation, Domaine de Montine spans sun-drenched clay-limestone soils, producing organic wines that are fresh, elegant, and characteristic of the Rhône Valley. Jean-Luc Monteillet welcomes us with passion, sharing his deep love for the vineyard and commitment to sustainable viticulture. The visit includes a unique truffle-hunting experience on the estate, followed by a tasting where each wine reflects the authenticity and identity of this exceptional terroir.

    Domaine Tour Campanet - Coteaux d'Aix en Provence

    In the heart of the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, Domaine de la Tour Campanets stretches over sun-kissed clay-limestone soils, where each parcel reflects the authenticity of the Mediterranean terroir. The estate tour showcases organic practices and the aromatic richness of the wines, shaped by the balance of warm climate, wind, and diverse soils. Lunch on site, paired with a selection of estate wines, offers a convivial and gourmet experience, where each pairing highlights the identity of the crus and local flavors.

    Domaine Roustan - Coteaux d'Aix en Provence

    Domaine Roustan, located in the heart of the Coteaux d’Aix, perfectly illustrates the combination of family tradition and organic innovation. The diverse soils and Mediterranean climate give the wines finesse, freshness, and typicity, while maintaining the vineyard’s natural balance. 

    The on-site vine-pruning workshop allows visitors to immerse themselves in the daily work of the vineyard and understand how the winemaker’s touch influences the quality of the wines.
