Pendant les vendanges, les Vignerons Indépendants de l’Hérault vous proposent une nouvelle expérience : devenir Vendangeur d’un Jour® !
On résume souvent le métier de vigneron au seul moment des vendanges ; c’est surement parce qu’il est en effet crucial dans le cycle de la vigne et du métier de vigneron. En devenant Vendangeur d’un Jour, le visiteur entre dans l’univers d’un vigneron indépendant en partageant son quotidien pendant les vendanges.
C’est ainsi qu’à travers le prisme des vendanges, le vigneron propose au visiteur d’expérimenter les différentes facettes du métier de Vigneron en immersion totale dans un domaine viticole. Il appréhende ainsi l’ensemble du métier de Vigneron Indépendant qui maîtrise de A à Z la culture du raisin et l’élaboration de son vin.
Devenir vendangeur d’un jour, c’est aussi et surtout une atmosphère inimitable, faite de rencontres et de convivialité dans des groupes de taille restreinte, rappelant l’ambiance authentique d’une vraie «colle»*. Une expérience grandeur nature dont vous vous rappellerez longtemps !
Au programme : Accueil au domaine, compréhension du terroir, du climat, des cépages et des paysages viticoles, cueillette des baies, pressurage, visite des caves, dégustation.
*nom donné traditionnellement à l’équipe de vendangeurs et vendangeuses.

Le domaine Campaucels est situé à Montagnac, non loin de Pézenas. Cathy Do, vigneronne-œnologue et son neveu Clément vous accompagneront pour une matinée complète afin de vous faire vivre un petit bout de cette période fébrile des vendanges.
Clément vous expliquera entre autres l’origine du nom du domaine quant à Cathy elle vous expliquera toute la philosophie qui en découle, de détails en petites attentions pour les vignes, les raisins et le vin, le tout en en harmonie avec la nature et le terroir.

- Présentation du domaine, explications des vendanges
- Vendanges avec les vignerons (1h à 1h30)
- Visite de la cave et parcours du raisin
- Dégustation des jus, des vins, carnets de jeux pour les enfants
En cas de conditions météo défavorables, la visite de cave et explications des vinifications seront maintenues, le tout suivi d'une dégustation des jus en fermentations.
Maximum de participants : 15 personnes. Minimum 10 personnes pour maintenir l’activité.
