For two days, we'll be revealing one of the world's most famous recipes: Foie Gras!

Supported by a team of friendly Gers women, you'll discover the secrets of how it's made.

Armagnac tasting is also on the menu. At the end of your stay, you'll receive a foie gras tasting diploma.

Galus is the Latin word for cock and is thought to have given Gaillac its name. The second hypothesis would be its ancient Gallo-Roman name Galhac, meaning fertile. Relax during a tasting evening prepared by Noëlle BARDOU in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac vineyard

For one evening, Noëlle BARDOU will introduce you to her nuggets in a commented tasting in the heart of the vineyard.

Go with Carlos to discover the history of the village of Lagrasse, classified as "the most beautiful village in France". The walk begins in the medieval town of Lagrasse passing by the 11th century Benedictine Abbey, then continues between the vines where Carlos will introduce you to the Saint Victor terroir which produces AOC Corbières wines. After a 1h30 walk, you will arrive at the village of Ribaute at the Domaine des Cascades. Here Laurent and Sylvie, winegrowers engaged in organic farming, await you for a tasting of their wines, beers and fruit juices. This tasting can be accompanied by a country meal at the estate.
